Job Summary
Ensure stores operate at company standards to maximize profits, customer experience, and KPI targets while managing sales, shrink, and labor budgets. Provide strategic direction to Store Managers through regular visits, overseeing staffing, training execution, and open communication to maximize retention. Partner with teams on best practices including interviews, onboarding, and inventory control to protect assets and improve efficiencies. Prepare and analyze reports, review documentation for accuracy, and create individual development and corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with all City, State, and Federal regulations and company policies. Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership, critical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Some travel may be required depending on the assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- Must be results oriented
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
- Must be a strong learner, think independently, and demonstrate critical thinking
- Some travel may be required depending on the assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Five years of management experience preferred
- Bilingual a plus
- Multi-unit management experience a plus
- Experience with in-store merchandising also a plus
- Ability to manage multiple assignments or projects
- Provides strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others
- Ability to interact with and present to senior management and outside resources
