Job Summary
Develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team through continual training, regular meetings, daily check-ins, and fostering strong relationships with each route sales representative. Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through customer visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, and negotiating with clients. Manage retention and growth by motivating the team to solicit new customers, up-sell, cross-sell, and ensure a profitable product mix while monitoring competitive activity. Lead the district by communicating changes, overseeing route organization, and projecting a professional image. Safely operate a delivery vehicle following all laws and company policy. Complete general route responsibilities when necessary. A Senior District Manager also oversees a service center, securing the facility, managing inventory, overseeing deposits, and communicating with the processing plant. Work within the branch area frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- 21 years or older
- Driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations
- High School graduation or similar experience
- Qualification to hold a driver's license
- Frequently within the branch area
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of background check
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of safety sensitive drug screening
