Job Summary
Drive district productivity by developing and motivating teams through daily check-ins, training, and route rides while fostering strong relationships with route service representatives. Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through regular visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, and negotiating with clients. Manage retention and growth by soliciting new customers, up-selling product lines, and monitoring competitive activity to maintain a profitable mix. Enforce company policies and safety SOPs across the district, oversee route organization, and lead the team to success by communicating changes and projecting a professional image. Safely operate a delivery vehicle following all laws and policies, and if managing a service center with more than seven routes, secure the facility, manage inventory, oversee deposits, and coordinate with the processing plant.
Required Qualifications
- Have and maintain a valid Driver's License
- Keep a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations
- Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Comprehend and follow direction
- Good time management skills
- Team player
- Recognize colors, sizes and types of product
- Count, add and subtract accurately
- High School graduation or similar experience
- Qualified to hold a drivers license
- Frequently within the branch area
