Job Summary
District Manager oversees a district of routes, leads a productive team through training and regular meetings, maintains customer loyalty and high service levels, ensures policy adherence and safety, drives retention and growth through new customer outreach and product upsell/cross-sell, manages route organization and coordination with the service center, may perform general route responsibilities, and safely operates a delivery vehicle. Senior DM distinction applies if the service center has more than seven routes. Travel is frequent within the branch area. Required Qualifications
- Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License
- driving record free of chargeable accidents
- 21 years or older
- excellent customer service and route sales skills
- excellent verbal/written English communication
- good time management and teamwork
- ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of product and count, add, and subtract accurately
