District Manager

District Manager leading a portfolio of apartment communities by overseeing service delivery, building and coaching a team of Service Valets, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, providing on-call support, enforcing safety policies, and visiting properties to inspect service quality, safety, and compliance. You’ll support new community launches, manage inventory and supplies (PPE and containers), and ensure consistent, high-quality service that drives client satisfaction. You’ll maintain valet reports and operational records in company systems and mobile apps, and focus on communication, collaboration, and on-site leadership to enable rapid issue resolution and reliable operations.
