Job Summary
The District Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a high quality of service and addressing a wide range of facility and equipment maintenance needs for assigned locations at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. Responsibilities include performing regular maintenance for fitness equipment, managing vendor services, recording repairs, controlling parts inventory, and conducting preventative maintenance. The role requires a task-oriented individual with at least two years of building maintenance experience, including knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and use office equipment including a computer
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
