Job Summary
The District Maintenance Technician at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is responsible for high-quality service and fast solutions for facility and equipment maintenance. The role includes overseeing regular maintenance duties, managing parts inventory, performing club walk-throughs to uphold standards, and training club team management on equipment repairs. A minimum of 2 years in building maintenance and knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are essential. This position requires excellent communication skills and involves up to 100% travel to support assigned clubs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in managing contractors
- Knowledge of fitness equipment maintenance
- Strong communication skills
