Job Summary
The District Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing high-quality service to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of assigned fitness locations. Key responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance, managing parts inventory, reporting and scheduling, and overseeing vendor work. The role requires knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, along with effective communication skills. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance required
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems required
- Ability to communicate effectively and use office equipment including a computer
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
