Job Summary
The District Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing high-quality service and fast solutions for facility and equipment maintenance across assigned locations. Key responsibilities include performing regular maintenance duties, managing parts inventory, training club staff, and overseeing contractor evaluations. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in building maintenance, proficiency in carpentry and HVAC systems, and the ability to communicate effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Effective communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with 3rd party vendor management
- Ability to provide training and support to club management
