Job Summary
The District Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring high-quality service across assigned locations, maintaining the functionality and condition of fitness equipment and amenities, and overseeing third-party vendors for repairs and maintenance. Key responsibilities include performing regular maintenance duties, managing work orders, conducting inspections, training club management in facility repairs, and maintaining records of parts inventory. A minimum of two years of experience in building maintenance is required, along with knowledge in various maintenance areas including carpentry and HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
