Job Summary
District Loss Prevention Supervisor leads LP staff across the assigned geo, conducts and resolves theft investigations, identifies shrink priorities and develops shrinkage reduction strategies, partners with district and store management to enhance customer experience and protect company assets, and manages staffing including recruiting, interviewing and hiring Loss Prevention personnel. The role requires strong management and supervisory abilities, experience with retail operations, and solid investigative/interviewing skills.
