Job Summary
District Leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Baldwin County region, providing hands-on leadership to General Managers and store teams, driving operational excellence, brand standards, and guest-focused service. Responsible for analyzing financial performance (P&L), labor planning, and inventory controls; leading recruitment and development of management-level talent; ensuring compliance with labor laws, health regulations, and safety standards; driving community engagement and local store marketing opportunities; and preparing operational and performance reports to identify opportunities and risks. Requires strong leadership, experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, proficiency with POS and scheduling systems, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in turning around underperforming units or markets
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Deep understanding of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory controls
- Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to support travel between locations
