Job Summary
District Leader – River Valley District advises captive COUNTRY agents on marketing, selling, and servicing COUNTRY products; helps develop agents' annual business plans, set sales targets, and provide guidance throughout the agents' business lifecycle. Supports agents by mentoring new hires on business plans, marketing strategies, and retention campaigns, and partners with Agency Recruiting to grow and retain a high-performing sales force. Coordinates with Marketing to maximize rep marketing budgets and communicates training, conferences, and strategic initiatives. Requires 5 years of Insurance/Financial Services experience with management experience; licenses in Property & Casualty and Life/Health must be completed within 30 days; SIE with Series 6 and 63 must be completed within 6–months; COUNTRY Advisor Program certification within 9 months. Regular travel, some overnight, and relocation to the assigned sales territory are required. Base pay range: $100,000 - $137,000; eligible for incentive pay and relocation benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Insurance and/or Financial Services experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience
- Property & Casualty, Life/Health licenses – must complete within 30 days of hire
- SIE required Series 6 and 63 licenses – must complete within 6 months of hire
- COUNTRY Financial Advisor Program certification – must complete within 9 months of hire
