Job Summary
District Leader oversees advisory partnerships with COUNTRY agents to grow and manage a high-performing sales force, guiding agents through business planning, sales targets, marketing, and retention campaigns; mentors new agents, coordinates with recruiting, marketing, and training teams, and travels regularly to support the agent network. Requires licensure in Property & Casualty, Life/Health, and SIE with Series 6 and 63; offers leadership in developing annual business plans, achieving growth targets, and aligning with the Sales Compensation Program. Normal office environment with regular travel, including some overnight; relocation is required to establish residency in the assigned territory after licensing. Base pay range $100,000 - $137,000 plus incentive plans.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Insurance and/or Financial Services experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience
