Job Summary
District Leader in North Texas to coach and develop the district sales and administrative support team. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, creating monthly coaching and quarterly action plans, conducting field visits, delivering ongoing training, developing and executing the district’s annual business plan, identifying key accounts, setting sales objectives, optimizing market coverage, managing showroom presentation plans, forecasting monthly business and budgets for samples and direct expenses, leading team meetings, onboarding and performance management, and collaborating with Corporate departments to support field initiatives. Requires living in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex area and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2-3 years of sales and 2-5 years of sales management experience desired.
