Job Summary
District Leader, FS — leads multi-unit retail operations in a CVS Health district (Front Store and Pharmacy) with accountability for P&L, budgets, inventory, payroll, asset protection, and program execution; drives talent development, succession planning, and a high-performing culture to deliver exceptional patient and customer outcomes. Responsible for district business plans, program alignment, and cross-functional leadership to implement healthcare initiatives, store operations, and real estate/acquisition considerations. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience managing store and pharmacy teams across multiple units; includes driving district-wide talent development, program rollout, and adherence to regulatory and company standards. Primary location is San Antonio, TX (US). Industry experience in retail and pharmacy, with emphasis on team development, operational excellence, and customer-centric execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 8 years relevant experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- Pharm Tech License preferred
- BS or PharmD in Pharmacy preferred
- 3+ years experience as a multi-unit manager or 5 years as a GM in a big box retailer preferred
- Prior Pharmacy experience preferred
- Management and supervisory experience of pharmacy staff across multiple business units preferred
