Job Summary
District Leader responsible for 50% operations in a multi-unit CVS Health district, overseeing front store and pharmacy. Develops and executes district business plans to meet financial targets (P&L, budgets, inventory, payroll), aligns teams to deliver healthcare outcomes, ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and leads talent development including succession planning and manager development. Drives program execution across front store and pharmacy, builds a high-performing district culture, and guides real estate and acquisitions input to support growth. Collaborates to deliver differentiated customer experiences and scalable district strategy across portfolio growth, talent, and program delivery.

Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a multi-unit manager
- 5 years as a GM in a big box retailer (preferred)
- Prior Retail experience preferred
- Prior Pharmacy experience preferred
- Management and supervisory experience of pharmacy staff across multiple business units preferred
- Pharm Tech License preferred
- BS or PharmD in Pharmacy preferred
