Job Summary
Develop and execute district business plans to manage P&L, sales budgets, inventory, and payroll across assigned Front Store and Pharmacy units. Align teams on new programs, solve store-related issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Lead talent development by creating succession plans, mentoring future district leadership, and executing training programs for store managers and staff pharmacists. Provide market-specific input for acquisition strategies and support real estate development. Communicate district plans, proactively capitalize on business trends, and foster a culture that delivers exceptional patient and customer outcomes.

Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a multi-unit manager or 5 years as a GM in a big box retailer
- Prior Retail experience preferred
- Prior Pharmacy experience preferred
- Management and supervisory experience of pharmacy staff across multiple business units preferred
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Pharm Tech License preferred
- BS or PharmD in Pharmacy preferred
