Job Summary
Conduct front-line accounting reviews during retail inventory audits, collaborating with store managers to identify issues and reduce inventory errors. Develop preliminary audit schedules including store rotations, then execute 15-20 monthly audits involving lottery counts, data entry, report generation, and documentation uploads. Perform visual checklists at each store to assess conditions, maintenance, safety, promotions, and loss prevention while maintaining established average per hour counting goals. Travel daily to assigned markets, including occasional overnight stays and one week of out-of-state travel monthly, while adhering to a 40-50 hour workweek.
Required Qualifications
- Frequent bending, counting on knees and moving product up to 25lbs
- Repetitive motions requiring use of both wrists and hands using counting machines
- Proficient in computer operations to include Microsoft Office and Open Office applications
- Ability to travel including occasional overnight stays
- 40-50 hour workweek plus daily travel to/from store
- Reliable transportation to perform audits throughout the assigned market
- Available for out of state travel one week a month
