Job Summary
Perform front-line accounting reviews at the store level during retail inventory audits, conducting visual checklists for store conditions, safety, and loss prevention. Collaborate with District and Store Managers to identify issues, assist with invoice concerns, price adjustments, and system abnormalities. Develop preliminary audit schedules including neighboring store rotations and execute 16-20 monthly audits involving lottery counts, data import, report generation, and documentation uploads. Achieve established average per hour counting goals while ensuring data integrity. Travel throughout the assigned market, including occasional overnight stays, with reliable transportation. Work in various environments with potential exposure to cold and heat.
Required Qualifications
- Frequent bending, counting on knees and moving product up to 25lbs
- Repetitive motions requiring use of both wrists and hands using counting machines
- Proficient in computer operations to include Microsoft Office and Open Office applications
- Auditor will be expected to travel including occasional overnight stays
- Reliable transportation
