District Human Resources Manager - San Diego

Job Summary

Administer the District's New Associate onboarding program, coach onboarding Ambassadors, and train managers to ensure associate support. Guide team development by coaching leaders on people management, monitoring development plans, and preparing succession planning documents. Collaborate on staffing levels, build local recruiting partnerships, and execute the Area training plan including supervisor onboarding and just-in-time coaching. Proactively build location relationships, advise on HR policies and collective bargaining agreements, and conduct investigations of associate concerns. Maintain legal compliance with employment laws, wage-hour regulations, and mandated training while managing compensation parity and labor relations risk assessments. Lead integration efforts for new business acquisitions through consistent onsite meetings and staffing support.
