Job Summary
District HRPD Coordinator at PCL Industrial Services, Inc. leads the district student recruiting program, plans and organizes college recruiting activities and interviews, supports HRPD recruiting and onboarding for entry-to-mid level roles, provides administrative support for HRPD programs and policy administration, participates in district HRPD strategic planning, assists with total rewards research and reporting, coordinates and administers training programs, and provides implementation support to the district HRPD manager on corporate and regional initiatives. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred), working toward an HR designation preferred, some co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred, and strong verbal/written communication, organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and networking skills.
