Job Summary
District Field Supervisor in Multan (Shujaabad) will oversee district-level TB-DOTS implementation under Mercy Corps by coordinating with district health authorities, TB coordinators, private labs/facilities, and stakeholders; ensure timely reporting, field visits for MPR validation and R&R tool updates, and support drug and lab supply management; perform TB case finding, contact screening, sputum transport coordination, and documentation per guidelines; build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, labs, and community partners; emphasize safeguarding, open communication, and adherence to organizational policies; require 3+ years in community programs with strong coordination and communication abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred in social sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation preferably in social sciences or relevant discipline
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Urdu and Punjabi
- Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with community-based programs, preferably TB DOTS awareness programs
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as a team and under stress
- Time management
