Job Summary
Collaborate with the Regional Development Program on Pre Formation player development and identification while serving as a leader in the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky area soccer community. Support technical operations for U9–U12 age groups by maintaining recruitment databases, managing player records, and conducting scheduled skill evaluations. Implement the Club Performance Plan and proactively seek educational opportunities to enhance coaching standards. Maintain positive relationships with public and strategic youth soccer partners to strengthen community engagement. Requires a US Soccer "C" Coaching License, five years of coaching experience, and availability for Monday and Friday evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Broad soccer related background
- Proven ability to organize, communicate, and effectively deliver soccer-specific content with both practical and theoretical knowledge
- US Soccer "C" Coaching License or higher
- Minimum 5 years of coaching experience
- To be able to work Monday and Friday evenings
