Job Summary
District Director of Sales leads sales for three Regency Hotel Management properties in the Rapid City/Black Hills region. Drive revenue growth, build and execute plans to improve RevPAR and ADR, grow market share, and manage key accounts across corporate, group, SMERF, and leisure segments. Lead a high-performing sales culture with coaching and development, prospect and close high-value opportunities, represent the brand in the local community and regional networks, and provide forecasts and performance insights to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include sales leadership across multiple properties, commercial strategy, team coaching, market and account growth, targeted prospecting and closing, brand representation, and performance reporting. Requirements include 3+ years in hospitality sales leadership, strategic sales planning, market knowledge of the Rapid City/Black Hills region (a plus), strong communication and relationship skills, analytical abilities, and CRM experience (Delphi a plus). Required Qualifications
- Hotel Sales Leadership Experience — 3+ years in hotel or hospitality sales leadership; multi-property experience preferred
- Strategic Sales Planning — Proven ability to build and execute revenue-driving sales plans
- Market Knowledge — Familiarity with the Rapid City/Black Hills region is a plus
- Communication & Relationship Skills — Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-relationship abilities
- Analytical Skills — Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and adjust strategy quickly
- CRM Experience - Delphi experience is a plus
