Job Summary
District Director responsible for leading a portfolio of pet care and veterinary facilities in Florida. Key duties include overseeing center operations to ensure top-quality care and exceptional customer service, conducting regular center/practice visits, managing staff and doctor scheduling, collaborating on hiring and retention, analyzing financial and performance data (P&L, production reports, KPIs), driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance with labor and safety regulations, and maintaining facility standards. Requires proven leadership in a multi-unit setting, ability to manage and develop teams, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for evenings/weekends and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Management experience in a multi-unit environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
- Experience in scheduling, doctor hiring, retention, and compensation
- Travel 50%-75% including overnight
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and work in a sanitation-conscious environment
