Job Summary
District Director leads the operations, planning, and management of multiple Applegreen travel plazas within a defined geographic district, accountable for district sales, profits, and related metrics; develops operating plans, budgets, and resource allocation; drives revenue growth through promotions, upselling and customer engagement; ensures brand standards and regulatory compliance across plazas; advances customer and associate satisfaction and financial performance; identifies profitability opportunities, improves underperforming locations, and coordinates with Plaza Directors to execute strategic initiatives; builds and develops district leadership teams, monitors KPI dashboards, and delivers sustainable results through standardized processes and effective people management; requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and project management skills, with experience in hospitality/retail operations and ServSafe being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, hospitality, finance or related field
- 5 – 7 years of multi-unit management experience
- Progressive experience in F&B, retail or related operations
- ServSafe certification a plus
