Delivery and pick-up of medical equipment and supervision of personnel performing these services; manage equipment inventory, supplies, and fleet vehicles; collaborate with district management to ensure customer retention; serve as subject matter expert in equipment processing, inspection, and in-servicing; provide training and support for daily office functions including record keeping and billing; adaptable schedule with on-call and varying hours; requires understanding of healthcare equipment and regulatory requirements, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of supervision/management or customer excellence experience preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital medical equipment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license; potential for DOT certification
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds
  • Flexible hours including on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays as required
