Job Summary
Supervise custodial operations for Dorchester School District Two Facilities, oversee budgeting and procurement, develop personnel policies for the custodial department, manage disciplinary actions, screen and assign custodial staff, evaluate operations for efficiency, coordinate annual in-service training with district personnel and vendors, advise school officials on housekeeping and personnel issues, supervise custodial managers, monitor safety training compliance, develop specifications with procurement for purchases, research and purchase equipment and supplies, establish safety protocols to meet OSHA standards, and conduct monthly site visits to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation protocols for a clean, safe learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- At least three years of experience in custodial services for educational facilities.
- Management and personnel experience required.
