District Credit Manager

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve credit performance targets for Lowe's DIY and Pro Credit products. Host weekly calls and conduct store walks to ensure locations execute promotional activities and new credit initiatives. Model effective credit-selling behaviors and provide hands-on coaching to build associate confidence in offering credit during every transaction. Collect and communicate market intelligence to support business decisions while analyzing local performance trends to identify opportunities and risks. Partner with lending providers to assess business risk, protect company reputation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies. Escalate and manage control issues with transparency while resolving credit issues within the assigned territory.
