Job Summary
Work with district leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for credit performance targets, then model effective credit-selling behaviors and provide hands-on coaching to build associate confidence. Host weekly calls and conduct store walks to ensure locations execute promotional activities and new credit initiatives, while collecting market intelligence to support business decisions. Analyze local performance trends to identify opportunities and risks, and develop relationships with field leaders to resolve credit issues. Partner with lending providers to assess business risk, protect the company and customer assets, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies. Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, communications or related field
- 7 Years experience in retail operations/ sales/ credit
- 5-7 years combined experience in retail sales or credit
- Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Business, communications or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
