Job Summary
Coordinate district-level programs across Angul, Cuttack, Deogarh, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Keonjhar, Nayagarh, and Puri, with a minimum 70% travel requirement to various locations. Conduct training for Anganwadi workers and support Program Managers with daily operations. Liaise regularly with stakeholders to build long-term relationships and ensure seamless communication. Maintain alignment with Rocket Learning's core values and principles while leveraging basic MS Office skills and tech comfort. This role requires 1-2 years of development sector experience, with education sector background preferred, and is open to local candidates only.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Odia language
- 1-2 years of experience in the development sector
- 1-2 years of experience in any field-related profile
- Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 percent of total working time
- Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis and create a long-term lasting relationship
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Comfort with technology
