Job Summary
Coordinate district-level programs across Katni, Rewa, Chindwara, Shivpuri, Damoh, and Dhar, conducting training for Anganwadi workers and liaising with stakeholders to build long-term relationships. Travel a minimum of 70 percent of your time to different locations within the district to support Program Managers and execute other assigned tasks. Maintain seamless communication while applying basic MS Office skills and demonstrating tech comfort. This mission-driven role requires enthusiasm for transforming India's education system and achieving transformational change with early childhood education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in any field-related profile
- Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly
- Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 percent of total working time
- Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers
- Ability to liaison with stakeholders on a regular basis and create a long-term lasting relationship
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
