Job Summary
Conduct proactive operational, communication, and performance support for Agency Owners and staff within assigned Districts. Identify agency and vacant district needs, share performance information, and coordinate follow-up activities to facilitate access to resources. Perform virtual interactions to review performance data, discuss business trends, and support agency action plans. Develop, distribute, and maintain agency communications, newsletters, program updates, promotional information, and guideline communications. Prepare, maintain, and distribute performance reports, tracking tools, and business information to monitor vacant district activity and support leadership reviews. Flag trends or notable changes in performance data. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid P&C or Life/Accident/Health license required. 20% minimum travel expected.
