Job Summary
The District Consumer Banker II supports client engagement and relationship development by opening accounts, handling teller duties as needed, and actively contacting clients to coordinate service and solutions with internal partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management. Responsibilities include opening and maintaining accounts, running a Teller drawer as needed, conducting client follow-up calls, delivering a high level of service via branch, drive-thru, phone, and email, and partnering with internal teams to bring appropriate expertise to clients. The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding sales, service, and referral goals, providing digital assistance for online banking, staying informed on bank products, processes, and compliance, and traveling between banking centers (travel up to 60 miles per day). Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment
