Job Summary
Conduct daily client engagements through active calling, conversations, and follow-ups to deepen relationships with existing and prospective FFB clients. Open accounts, perform maintenance, and run teller drawers as needed while providing digital assistance for clients using the bank's online offering. Partner with internal constituencies and district specialists to execute retail strategies, ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory procedures including Bank Secrecy Act and AML requirements. Model the bank's experience by participating in site center huddles, driving a fIRST Class Client Experience, and consistently meeting sales, service, and referral goals. Travel between banking centers with daily mileage not exceeding 60 miles, maintaining operational standards while assisting clients transact business via branch, drive-thru, phone, and email.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment
- 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills
- Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs
- Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs
- Frequently sits, stands, walks and drives
- Must be able to travel between banking centers
- Must be able to drive
