Job Summary
District Consumer Banker I responsible for opening accounts, performing teller functions, and engaging clients by actively calling and following up to deepen relationships. Expected to collaborate with internal partners (Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, Treasury Management) to provide service or solutions, maintain compliance, and meet sales and service goals. Provides digital assistance for clients using the bank’s online offering, supports branch operations across the branch, drive-thru, by phone and email, and travels between banking centers as needed. Demonstrates commitment to the First Financial Bank Experience and adheres to compliance, risk management, and customer-focused service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales preferred
- 2-3 years client service experience in a retail environment
- 2-3 years sales and service experience with prior success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment
- Possesses strong sales skills
