District Clinical Supervisor (NP License Required)

Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of clinical team members to ensure high-quality patient care, coordinating activities and evaluating performance to maintain compliance with practice standards. Supervise assigned staff by assigning schedules, reviewing work methods, and implementing corrective actions when necessary, while serving as a back-up clinician for providers during absences. Function as a healthcare provider for patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, coordinating care with facility leadership and supervising physicians to ensure alignment across the care continuum. Participate in leadership and provider meetings to offer input on clinical operations and maintain HIPAA-compliant use of all computer systems. This role requires a licensed NP residing in Seattle, WA, with full-time on-site hours.
