Job Summary
Oversee district asset protection and safety programs for Goodwill SF Bay, driving shrink reduction, safety compliance, and operational integrity. Conduct investigations into policy/procedure violations and theft, including interviewing and reviewing CCTV, and writing reports. Plan and execute audits and risk assessments at multiple sites, develop loss-reduction strategies, and collaborate with Store leadership, HR, and corporate teams. Travel required to assigned sites daily; maintain a safe, compliant environment for customers and Team Members. Requires strong analytical, investigative, and training abilities, proficiency with CCTV and data reporting, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience in multi-site retail security/loss prevention
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in CCTV usage
- Bilingual skills helpful but not required
- Ability to prioritize duties daily and manage multiple investigations/audits
- Ability to make decisions in stressful situations
- Ability to analyze information for exceptions and trends
- Ability to influence activities and results of non-direct reports
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
