District Asset Protection Manager

Job Summary
District Asset Protection Manager for the Southwestern Ontario region responsible for developing and executing asset protection strategies to reduce shrink, overseeing store evaluations and AP programs, conducting employee and leadership training on shrink awareness, investigating internal dishonesty and crime per procedures, utilizing CCTV and investigations teams, recruiting and developing AP staff, and collaborating with field leadership. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, investigative and analytical skills, ability to travel ~80% within the district, and a focus on safeguarding company assets while maintaining customer experience. Hybrid work model in the Greater Toronto Area; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive asset protection/loss prevention experience in a multi-unit retail environment
- Formal training and certification in Wicklander-Zulawski interview techniques
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
