Job Summary
Conduct store health assessments to ensure operational compliance and coordinate outside security agencies for assigned markets. Perform ethical investigations of internal theft incidents while maintaining liaisons with local law enforcement for prosecution coordination. Analyze reporting tools to determine critical priorities, align business partners, and enforce shrinkage control programs to protect assets from loss. Provide training to field operations teams, define accountability for desired results, and ensure timely follow-up on initiative execution. Achieve budgeted shrink and P&L performance within the assigned market while traveling up to 75% of the time in Central/Southern VA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in retail loss prevention asset protection management and/or field retail management
- 2+ years' experience with multiple store and/or total store management responsibility
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time in Central/Southern VA
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MS Office (Advanced Excel strongly preferred.)
- Knowledge of conducting legal and ethical investigations
- LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Formal interview training through Wicklander-Zulawski (basic and/or advanced)
