District Administration Clerk

Job Summary
The District Administration Clerk will primarily process paperwork and contracts (sales, rentals, and service) and manage field service scheduling and billing coordination. Responsibilities include issuing/updating field appointments, reconciling invoices, processing Commercial Protection Plan and Preventative Maintenance contracts, creating/booking opportunities in SFDC, managing field work in Click Software, handling customer communications, coordinating back-ordered products, and supporting field/sales staff. Requires proficiency with ClickSchedule, GERS, Clarify, Salesforce/SFDC, billing systems, and MS Office; strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment; and Grade 12 education. Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 education
- Ability to effectively use ClickSchedule, GERS, Clarify, Sales Force, Billing Systems, Microsoft Access & MS Office
- Ability to concurrently use various computer information packages in conjunction with telephone
- Ability to effectively resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both customer and the company
- Capable of working well under pressure and understanding business processes
- Proven decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure filled, team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Capable of doing financial analysis to rectify variances
