Job Summary
Oversee district security operations for multiple client facilities in the Miami area, lead a team of supervisors and security officers, manage day-to-day site operations, scheduling, training, and performance management, ensure compliance with client expectations and safety regulations, drive projects from initiation to completion, maintain KPIs and SLAs, develop procedures and training, perform audits and manage access control, and engage with client stakeholders with a focus on integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management and leadership experience in a security or similar environment
- Experience in scheduling, training, and performance management
- Customer service management experience with a proven track record of delivering superior service
- Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
