Job Summary
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in ABA or related field to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), conduct comprehensive assessments, and supervise staff in school and home settings. Responsibilities include completing Functional Behavior Assessments, monitoring data, providing staff training and supervision, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (speech, OT, parents, educators), maintaining accurate progress records, and staying current with ABA research. Requires travel to various locations, with potential virtual/home-based components, and adherence to confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Kentucky LBA
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various locations
