Job Summary
Coordinate district contest logistics, maintain calendars and event timelines, and monitor deadlines under the Regional Manager's direction. Assist advisors with contest questions using approved resources, communicate district updates, and manage supply inventory. Coordinate volunteers and judges per approved procedures, assist with onsite conference operations, and ensure materials are prepared and distributed. Submit purchase and reimbursement requests, maintain accurate records, and submit required reports by deadlines. Participate in staff meetings and complete annual CMS and coordinator training. Work up to 10 hours weekly with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel within the district.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in the education field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
