Job Summary
Drive standardization and simplification of reports to support business needs while striving for client satisfaction through value-added insights. Identify and communicate business trends to senior leaders and produce actionable recommendations using data models. Update scorecards to evaluate data sets and create an-hoc reports to improve NRS distributor performance. Partner with distributor teams and NRS to assist with course-correcting action plans and projects. Build descriptive models, track scorecard results, and refine reports based on feedback to create and maintain business templates. This remote role is located in the Western US (Colorado, California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah) with a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 18 months of relevant sales/analytical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service orientation
- Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Proven experience analyzing large data sets
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to embrace change and learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Comfortable working in and independent and team setting
- Demonstrated ability challenging current processes and generating innovative suggestions to improve performance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partner relationships
- Track record of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external resources, including engaging appropriate resources to develop solutions
- Must be located in the Western US, anywhere from Colorado-California and anywhere in between
- This is a remote position
