Job Summary
Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) at MOOD overseeing remote territory in TX, NJ, FL, IL (Chicago metro), TN, or MN. Lead distributor business planning, own distributor performance, and drive in-store execution across liquor, convenience, and other retail accounts. Build distributor relationships, conduct reviews, analyze market and distributor data, and execute pricing, promotions, trade programs, and POS/assets. Train distributor sales teams, align with Key Account Managers, and support regional/national programs. Travel up to 70% within territory; must be 21+, hold a driver’s license, and have permits/licenses for selling hemp/cannabis. Remote work flexibility within your territory; strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of field sales, distributor management, or market development experience in THC, cannabis, beverage (CPG), alcohol, tobacco, or adjacent regulated categories.
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21+ and hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain any state-required permits or licenses for selling hemp and cannabis products.
