Distributor Account Manager - Los Angeles County

Drive profitable growth in the frozen category by leading distributor partnerships for independent grocery, regional chains, and convenience accounts. Develop distributor-specific category strategies, manage forecasts and trade investments, and ensure strong in-market execution across promotions and service levels. Negotiate promotional programs, freezer allocations, and execution standards while maintaining cold-chain and financial discipline. Partner cross-functionally to support frozen merchandising, analyze promotional effectiveness using syndicated data, and execute company priorities through distributor partners. Lead Joint Business Planning with distributor leadership, monitor scorecards, and implement corrective action plans for freezer outages or service failures. Act as a quality ambassador by visiting retail locations to assess freezer conditions, temperature compliance, and planogram execution. Maintain frequent engagement with distributor sales, merchandising, and operations teams to expand distribution, drive new item authorizations, and ensure pricing compliance.
