Job Summary
As a Warehouse Manager at Bay State Deli Provisions, you will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced refrigerated environment, supervising a dedicated team responsible for product handling, order fulfillment, and compliance with food safety standards. You should have a minimum of 3 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in food distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse or logistics management experience (food distribution preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory systems, order management, and route scheduling
- Valid driver’s license; Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment

- Proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States
