Job Summary
Distribution/Vegetation Management Asset Strategy Advisor at Southern California Edison leads strategic planning and execution for grid-hardening, vegetation management, and regulatory-driven programs. Responsibilities include developing long-term visions, multi-year plans, stakeholder alignment, presenting to management, conducting market and performance analyses, and guiding the translation of program strategies into regulatory filings (GRC, WMP, RAMP). Requires seven+ years in strategic planning and a bachelor’s degree or higher; prefers a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; experience with utility asset management, geospatial data, AI-enabled solutions, and collaboration with senior leadership. Hybrid work mode based in Pomona, CA, with some on-site days and potential remote work. Relocation not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in strategic planning and setting strategies at the department or organization level.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline
